‘SkySurfer Aircraft’ ultralight vehicles are sold for personal, recreational use only. Buyers and operators are solely responsible for complying with all applicable aviation laws and regulations in their country or region.

In the USA, operation may be subject to:

  • 14 CFR Part 103 (Ultralight Vehicles)
  • 49 U.S. Code § 44809 (Recreational Unmanned Aircraft Systems)

Operators must comply with requirements such as:

  • Flying only for recreational purposes
  • Maintaining visual line of sight
  • Avoiding controlled or restricted airspace
  • Completing any required registration or safety training

SkySurfer Aircraft vehicles are not certified for commercial or autonomous use when configured for manned flight. There is no crossover or dual-use capability between manned ultralight configurations and optional unmanned system variations. Any autonomous, remote terminal, air taxi, mission programming, and autopilot functionality applies solely to unmanned system configurations.

Speed Notice:

Speed specifications are provisional, based on calculated flight data. Final verification is underway in accordance with FAA Advisory Circular 103-7 for maximum speed determination under 14 CFR Part 103.

Users in all countries are responsible for researching and adhering to the regulations set by their local civil aviation authority.
